ROOM REQUIREMENTS
▪️Relatively quiet open floor space large enough to accommodate 10 students. 
▪️Seating is not required, although a chair or two would be useful in case someone needs one.

DATES & AVAILABILITY

Upon booking, you will receive a call within 24 business hours from one of our team members. Class date will be reviewed on the call and confirmed via email. 

 

NOTES
During the class, we stress the importance of hydration after meditation.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are available up to 48 hours after booking and up to seven (7) business days prior to scheduled event. Refunds will not be offered outside of this window. If the 48 hours falls within the seven business days window, a credit will be issued up to 48 hours from the booked date. ​
